Meagan Johnson

Meagan Johnson is a nationally recognized multigenerational expert and generational studies enthusiast. Since 1997, she has researched, written and spoken about multiple generations, focusing on how to build a culture of multigenerational collaboration rather than alienation. Instead of promoting generational stereotypes, Johnson explores what drives each generation to succeed.

Johnson has worked with more than 1,000 clients, including Boeing, Women in Cable Telecommunications, Ingram Micro, CIT Bank, Intel Corp., American Architectural Manufacturers Association, Hormel, Women in Trucking, Pepsi, Procter & Gamble and Sodexo.

She is the co-author of the best-selling book “Generations Inc.: From Boomers to Linksters, Managing the Friction Between Generations at Work.” She has been quoted by the Indianapolis Star, Weight Watchers, The Advocate, Chicago Tribune, CNNMoney.com and U.S. News & World Report. Johnson has appeared on NEWSY.com, CBSN, ABC Talk Live and NPR and was profiled on Conde Nast’s Portfolio.com.

Recently, Johnson was quoted in The New York Times and appeared as a guest on the “Dr. Phil” show.

Her company, Meagan Johnson Inc., is based in Phoenix, Arizona, where she lives with her husband and three large dogs.
