2027 ISPA Conference Agenda

Coffee in hand, badge on & ready to rise. Swing by Registration to pick up your credentials, snag your welcome bag and shake off the travel jitters before the real magic begins.

The Experience Center is proof that RISE isn't just a theme—it's a place you can walk into. Come experience the products, tech and tools that'll have your spa leveling up before you even leave the building.

This is the part of the day where "let's connect on LinkedIn" turns into an actual conversation. Ditch the elevator pitch and mingle with the only crowd on earth that gets genuinely excited about serum viscosity.

Whether you're here for one day or all three, this is where it starts. Swing by Registration to grab your badge, your welcome bag and that first jolt of "okay, I'm actually here" energy. Coffee's optional. Excitement is not.

Step one of Conference: caffeinate. Step two: everything else. Grab a cup before the sessions start—nobody's ever regretted more coffee, but plenty have regretted less.

Jamie Kern Lima

Founder. Author. Proof that "impossible" is just a word people use before someone does it anyway. Jamie Kern Lima kicks off Day One with the kind of talk that doesn't just inspire—it recalibrates. Grab a seat early; this is the session everyone will be quoting in the hallway afterward.

Three birds, one incredibly productive stone. Wander the Expo floor for the latest products and innovations, get hands-on in the Experience Center to see what's next in spa and swing by for a free headshot—because your LinkedIn deserves a glow-up too.

Swing by to meet the Day One keynote in person, grab a copy of their book and walk away with a little extra proof that this year's RISE moment is one for the shelf.

Lunch is great. The cookies are legendary. Refuel with a proper meal, then brace yourself for the dessert everyone's still talking about a year later—yes, they're that good. Come hungry, leave planning your route back for seconds.

Consider this your official invitation to leave winter (and your inbox) behind. Expect island tunes, tropical drinks in hand and a room full of people who are very ready to stop talking about quarterly trends for one night. Come thirsty, come chatty, come ready to kick off RISE the way it deserves—loud shirts strongly encouraged.

If Day Two is all you've got, no problem—RISE doesn't require a running start. Grab your badge, get oriented and walk in ready to dive straight into the action.

Jefferson Fisher

Attorney, communication expert and the guy who somehow makes "how to argue better" genuinely watchable. Jefferson Fisher takes the stage on Day Two to break down the art of saying what you mean—clearly, confidently and without the awkward aftermath. Come ready to rethink how you talk, negotiate and hold your ground.

Turns out good arguments make good souvenirs. Catch the Day Two after their session for a signed copy of their book—proof that you were in the room where communication got interesting.

Only have time for one day? Then let's make it a good one. Grab your badge and dive into everything Day Three has to offer—though fair warning, you may leave wishing you'd blocked off all three.

Zack Kass

Global AI Advisor and Former Head of GTM at OpenAI, future-of-work guy and the person who makes "everything is about to change" feel exciting instead of terrifying. Zack Kass closes out the keynote lineup with a look at where AI is taking business—and how to make sure you're rising with it, not scrambling to catch up.

Last call! If you've had your eye on something all week, now's the moment—bid fast, bid bold and don't be the person who "meant to" before it closed. All for a good cause, all coming to an end soon.
