  • Who should I contact to activate or renew my membership?
    • Reach out to ispa@ispastaff.com and a member of the ISPA Team will be in touch with you shortly.
  • What is the official ISPA Conference attendee policy?
    • Current ISPA members within the spa, student, service provider or educator categories may register to attend the ISPA Conference. All resource partners who qualify as a vendor must exhibit or sponsor at the ISPA Conference to attend the event.
  • Do I need to be an active member to access benefits such as the ISPA Research Library, posting to the ISPA Career Center and viewing On-Demand virtual sessions?
    • Yes
  • What are the main differences in the three spa membership types?
    • Spa Premiere and Premiere Plus members are able to add additional auxiliary contacts to their account and receive the ISPA Reveal Box in the mail three times a year.
  • How long is my membership active?
    • ISPA memberships work on an anniversary cycle, with your membership lasting one full calendar year from the date of joining. Spa members can also make payments in monthly installments.
  • Who receives the Reveal Box?
    • ISPA Premiere and Premiere Plus spa members located in the United States receive the Reveal Box three times a year.
  • Who should I contact to update my account information or update the contacts on my account?
    • Reach out to ispa@ispastaff.com and a member of the ISPA Team will be in touch with you shortly.
  • How do I add a job posting to the ISPA Career Center?
    • Click “Careers” in the main menu bar, then proceed to the ISPA Career Center through the directives on that page. Once in the Career Center, click “Post a Job” and follow the prompts to add your open position to the Career Center.
