Where and when is the 2025 ISPA Conference?
The 2025 ISPA Conference will be held at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO, from March 11-13, 2025. 

Who attends the ISPA Conference?
Current ISPA members within the spa, student, service provider or educator categories may register to attend the ISPA Conference. All resource partners who qualify as a vendor must exhibit or sponsor at the ISPA Conference to attend the event. To learn more about these opportunities contact 1.859.226.4372 or ispa@ispastaff.com. The qualifying definitions for both service provider and vendor are outlined as follows. Service Provider: Business has a sole focus of providing professional services. A service provider may not distribute, produce or sell products within the spa industry or serve as an employee or official representative of any company that meets the definition of an ISPA vendor. A product is defined as anything that is made or grown to be sold (including digital or web-based products). Examples of ISPA service providers include full-service consultants who do not sell, represent or distribute spa products, educational institutions and investors. Vendor: Business distributes, produces or sells products within the spa industry. A product is defined as anything that is made or grown to be sold (including digital or web-based products). Examples may include companies that sell tangible products, virtual products, events, publications, insurance, software, deal promotions, online directories, etc. In order to attend at a member rate, the registrant must have an active membership at the time of the Conference.

How do I express my interest in speaking at the 2025 ISPA Conference?
To express interest in speaking, email alexandra.harper-sharapov@isapstaff.com. If selected or additional information is required, the ISPA Team will reach out to you. ISPA’s educational offerings focus on professional and personal development topics and are selected based on member feedback and needs.  ISPA does not offer product training or vendor-focused educational sessions at Conference.

Does the ISPA Conference have a minimum age requirement to attend?
Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from attending all ISPA Conference functions and from being present on the Expo floor at any time, including exhibitor set-up and dismantle. During select ISPA Conference functions where attendees ages 18 and older will be permitted, alcoholic beverages will be available complimentary or for purchase to only those attendees and guests that meet the minimum legal drinking age.

Does the ISPA Conference have a cancellation or refund policy?
Attendee registrations may be cancelled by submitting a written notification of cancellation to ISPA headquarters. A full refund (less an administrative fee of $25) is available to those who cancel their registration by the appointed date.

I’ve never attended, what should I expect?
The annual ISPA Conference brings professionals from all spa industry sectors together in one location. This is the spa industry’s “must-attend” event that features three days of speaker presentations covering a range of topics including business strategy, customer service and management. The Expo floor offers the latest spa products available on the market to set your business apart.

What is the dress code?
Most attendees dress in business casual attire. Comfortable shoes are recommended. The venue tends to be cool, so veteran attendees typically recommend dressing in layers or bringing a light jacket/shawl.

Are there group meeting spaces available?
The International SPA Association invites members to host company meetings with employees and/or their corporate groups in conjunction with the ISPA Conference. All company meetings taking place prior to, after or in conjunction with the ISPA Conference should be submitted for approval via completion of ISPA’s meeting request form. Please email ispa@ispastaff.com to receive additional information. Available space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What do I do if I lose my badge?
Attendees are required to wear their ISPA Conference badge for all Conference events. If an attendee does misplace their badge, please see ISPA staff at the Registration desk. A $175 fee will be accessed for any preprinted badges.

Will meals be provided at the event?
Lunch is provided for all attendees. There are also coffee and energy breaks throughout the day to help keep you going!

Is there a lost and found and where is it located?
Any items that are found or brought to ISPA staff during the ISPA Conference will be kept at ISPA’s Registration Desk. A detailed description of the item will be needed in order to recover.

Are service animals allowed?
Service animals are permitted at the Phoenix Convention Center. Just make sure to have your documentation handy in case you are asked to show it.

Are there special hotel rates?
ISPA has partnered with The Broadmoor to offer special room blocks that provide a discounted room rate for ISPA attendees. Click here to view the Hotel & Travel page. As the event approaches, the host hotel could sell out on certain nights. Please check back with the host hotel often as travel plans change.

What is the official hotel cancellation policy?
Guest may cancel 72 hours prior to arrival without penalty. If the reservation is cancelled within the 72 hour period, one night of room and tax will be charged to the card on file.

Does my ISPA membership include entrance to the Conference?
While the ISPA Conference is a member benefit, the registration cost is not included in your membership unless you join as a nonmember.

Does ISPA offer group rates?
By bringing a team of five or more, you can save on your registration. The ISPA team can register your conference team and provide one invoice for easy payment. Contact us by email at ispa@ispastaff.com or call 1.859.219.3512 for assistance.

Can I transfer my registration to another team member?
Yes, registrations can be transferred to another team member at the same property.

Is there a mobile app for the event?
Yes! The mobile app will be released in late January.

How do I download the ISPA Conference App?
The mobile app will be available in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

What device can I use for the ISPA Conference App?
The ISPA Conference mobile app is compatible with all mobile devices and smartphones.

How do I log into the ISPA Conference App?
In the months leading up to #ISPA2025, registered attendees will receive an email directing them on how to log into the mobile app. ISPA will also provide registrants with resources needed to do so via social media and monthly newsletters.

Do you issue visa invitation letters?
The International SPA Association will issue visa invitation letters to registered attendees, speakers and/or presenters and resource partners sponsoring or exhibiting at the event who have paid their registration fee in full and are not from one of the countries embargoed by the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Council. If you fit this criterion, please contact ispa@ispastaff.com to request.
