Blanca Lorente

With over 20 years of global experience in the spa and wellness industry, Blanca Lorente is a seasoned hospitality and wellness professional who has lived and worked across multiple continents, honing her expertise in delivering exceptional wellness experiences to discerning guests worldwide. Her career spans diverse roles with prestigious brands, from luxury cruise lines such as Crystal Cruises to globally recognized wellness destinations and hospitality groups.

Early in her career, Blanca opened the first Spa Vinothérapie® Caudalie at Hotel Marqués de Riscal by Marriott, a milestone that solidified her passion for creating innovative wellness concepts. She went on to hold influential group roles with Royal Caribbean in Spain and Bern Hotels & Resorts in Panama, where she further refined her skills in operations and strategy. Her leadership at the award-winning Sha Wellness Clinic in Spain set a new benchmark for integrative wellness services, while her tenure as Senior Operations Director for Resense Spa saw her supporting the design, opening and operations of Kempinski Hotels’ spas globally for nearly five years.

Specializing in spa pre-openings, rebranding and concept development, Blanca has led the successful pre-opening of more than 30 spas throughout my career.

Since 2021, she has proudly served as Hilton’s Regional Director of Spa & Wellness for the Caribbean and Latin America, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 20 spas and driving the development, design and pre-opening of new properties. Her focus remains on implementing market-leading wellness concepts that elevate brand identity, enhance guest satisfaction and maximize return on investment.
