Mastering the Art of Budgeting and Forecasting

Budgeting and forecasting are the cornerstones of running a successful spa and it can be challenging!  A panel of seasoned industry experts will share the essential steps for building a strong budget for your spa operations.  Important factors such as hiring the right people, selecting the right tools, identifying the most critical key performance indicators (KPIs) for your spa type and collaborating effectively with other executives within your organization will all be discussed. The panel will also discuss whether A.I. has a place in the budgeting and forecasting world.  The goal is for attendees to walk away with a new idea (or two) to master their bottom line performance.
