He serves the spa community as the immediate Past Chairman & the Foundation Chairman for the International Spa Association, the organization for spa professionals worldwide. Shaw is recognized for his international leadership of world-class multi-site resorts, cruise lines, Destination Wellness resorts and membership-based organizations.
