Jean Kolb

Jean Kolb joined Kohler Co. at a young age and spent the majority of her career working for the largest plumbing manufacturer in the world. She held a variety of leadership positions and was instrumental in the opening of the renowned Kohler Waters Spa in Kohler, Wisconsin, bringing it to world class fame as one of Forbes Five Star properties in the world. She held the position of Director of Wellness for over two decades leading the planning, development and operations of multiple Kohler Waters Spa locations.

Post Kohler, Jean started Well By Choice which offered one-to-one professional coaching, spa consultancy and professional speaking engagements.  In 2018, she joined Hutchinson Consulting as an executive recruiter and assisted in expanding the firm’s recruitment services and brand recognition. 

Jean brings with her 40 years of experience in the spa and hospitality industry. She is the past chair and a current member of the International SPA Association (ISPA) and served on the ISPA board of directors for eight years. Jean is a recipient of ISPA’s prestigious Dedicated Contributor Award.  She continues to remain involved in ISPA in order to support her passion for the organization and the spa industry.
