Caitlin McKenna

Caitlin McKenna, CEO of Arch Amenities Group, is a dynamic and highly regarded leader recognized for her human-focused leadership style, dedication to service and commitment to innovation-driven growth. Before joining Arch, McKenna was the chief development officer at Trilogy Spa Holdings of Phoenix and served as the global head of facilities management, wellness and experience services at JLL, a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm. At JLL she spearheaded the creation of a new global product function and developed strategies for a multibillion-dollar business offering experience services, design, wellness and facilities management to Fortune 500 clients.

From 2012 to 2019, McKenna held several leadership roles at Hilton Worldwide in McLean, Virginia, focusing on brand management, investment and product development. Earlier in her career, she worked in real estate and hospitality consulting at HVS International.
