Christina Tosi is a two-time James Beard Award-winning chef and owner of Milk Bar. Her influence spreads across the United States through numerous bakery locations, grocery stores and online care package sales.

She served as a judge on Fox’s Masterchef and Masterchef Junior, hosted Netflix’s Bake Squad and was featured in the hit Netflix docuseries Chef’s Table: Pastry. Tosi is author of the bestselling All About Cookies and several other cookbooks for adults and children, as well as the memoir Dessert Can Save the World: Stories, Secrets, and Recipes for a Stubbornly Joyful Existence.

Will Guidara is the former co-owner and driving force behind world-renowned restaurants Eleven Madison Park and NoMad. Under his leadership, Eleven Madison Park earned three Michelin stars and received four stars from the New York Times. In 2017, the restaurant claimed the top spot on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

A graduate of the hospitality school at Cornell University, Guidara is the author of the bestselling Unreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect and co-author of four cookbooks. He is a Crain’s New York Business 40 Under 40 honoree and a Wall Street Journal Innovator Award recipient.
