This web page will provide links and contact information for all aspects of booth planning. If you need to access your booth contract, pay an invoice, access a payment receipt or change your exhibit contacts for your team, please click here to log into the Map Your Show Exhibitor portal. You will also be able to register your show staff through the Map Your Show portal.

Cvent Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal

The Cvent Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal is where exhibitors and sponsors edit their company profile that displays on the ISPA Conference mobile app for attendees to learn more about brands and contact prospective partners.

On Wednesday, February 5, exhibitor lead contacts will receive an official email from ISPA prompting you to “Log Into Your Cvent Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal”, where you will be able to upload your logo, edit your company details, upload promotional documents and purchase LeadCapture licenses. The email will come from [email protected] by way of the Cvent system. Please trust this email and bookmark your unique login link for quick access going forward.

Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive the email in your main inbox within 30 minutes of receiving the login invitation email.

Shipping, Labor and Booth Furnishings

GES is ISPA’s exhibits partner who helps handle essential logistics and setup functions that bring the Expo to life.
Click here to visit the GES Expresso exhibitor portal. This will be your one-stop-show to order everything you need to bring your booth to life. Exhibitors will use this site to manage freight, shipping, carpet/flooring needs, furniture orders, cleaning services and labor needs.

Staff Badge Registration

Exhibitors and Sponsors can register their team through the Map Your Show Exhibitor Portal. Please see below for your allotted number of badges. A quick tutorial on how to register your show staff in Map Your Show can be found here.

Emerging Brand Kiosk | 2 Badges
10×10 Booth | 4 Badges
10×20 Split Island | 8 Badges
10×30 Split Island | 10 Badges
20×20 Island | 12 Badges
20×30 Island | 14 Badges

*Sponsors should refer to contract for badge allotment.

Exhibitors may purchase a limited number of additional badges based on booth size. The cost for an additional staff badge is $429 in advance and $499 onsite. Please reach out to [email protected] to purchase additional badges.

Emerging Brand Kiosks

The Emerging Brand Kiosks provide a wonderful opportunity to introduce a new brand or product offering to the ISPA community for the first time. These uniform spaces allow brands to simply show up and activate their presence with ease. Participating kiosk exhibitors can find details about their setup and benefits HERE.

February 6
- Advance Shipments may begin arriving at GES Warehouse
February 7
- Deadline to book your hotel in the ISPA room block at Cheyenne Mountain Resort and The Broadmoor.
February 14
- Last day to register your show staff for Conference.
February 18
- Deadline to submit orders for drapes, decor, and furnishings to receive discounted pricing through GES.
February 24
- Deadline to order services such as cleaning and catering provided by The Broadmoor.
February 25
- Pre-event attendee list sent to all exhibitors and sponsors
March 3
- Last day for Advance Shipments to arrive at GES Warehouse
March 9
- 8 am – 8 pm Exhibitor move-in for 20×20 or larger booths and Platinum Sponsors
- 1 pm – 8 pm Exhibitor move-in for 10×20 booths or larger and Platinum, Gold & Silver Sponsors
March 10
- 8 am – 8 pm Exhibitor move-in for all booths
March 13
- 3 pm ISPA Expo Close
- 4 -10 pm Exhibitor move-out
