Following a kinesiology assessment, the therapist focuses on commonly overworked areas – neck, shoulders, upper back, hips and lower spine – using fascia-aware release, slow stretching and activation techniques to encourage length and openness through the body. Breath-led touch helps soften holding patterns, while directional movements restore ease of alignment and range of motion.
Wildsmith Circadian Rhythm Taster | 25 minutes
Adapted from the Wildsmith Circadian Rhythm Massage, this abbreviated treatment offers a nervous system reset designed around the time of day. After kinesiology guidance, flowing massage sequences are applied in a clockwise rhythm using slow, continuous strokes to settle the body and mind. Techniques are intentionally calming, working through the back, legs or scalp depending on need, while essential oil blends aligned for day or evening support a return to natural rhythm.
Wildsmith Time Taster | 25 minutes
Inspired by the deeper philosophy of Wildsmith Time, this treatment is designed to guide the body into a state of descent – from stimulation into deep calm. Using downward, grounding massage strokes, cranial holds and gentle abdominal or sacral contact (as appropriate), the therapist encourages neural downregulation and energetic settling. The pace is unhurried, with stillness used as intentionally as movement, allowing the nervous system to soften its protective response.
