ISPA Announces 2025 Innovate Award Winners
The International SPA Association (ISPA) proudly announces the recipients of the 2025 ISPA Innovate Awards, honoring member organizations whose creativity, leadership and forward-thinking initiatives are shaping the future of the spa industry.
The eligible submissions were evaluated through a blind review by a panel of anonymous ISPA member volunteers, who assessed and ranked innovations based on established criteria. From this process, 48 submissions advanced as finalists on the ballot and were then voted on by the broader ISPA membership to determine the award recipients.
Three spa category awards celebrate excellence in retail innovation, spa experiences, operational initiatives and facility remodels or renovations. Three Resource Partner categories highlight groundbreaking new product and technology launches that advance the profession. In addition, both spa and resource partner members are eligible for recognition for philanthropic partnerships that extend a shared commitment to wellness beyond the spa.
“Innovation in the spa community doesn’t mean leaving tradition behind—it means building upon it,” said ISPA President Lynne McNees. “This year’s Innovate Awards winners honor the timeless principles of service and well-being while embracing new technologies and approaches that better serve today’s guests and shape what comes next for our industry.”
This year’s awards reflect the depth of innovation and commitment across the ISPA community. Members evaluated each entry based on creativity, execution and overall contribution to elevating the spa experience.
