Ojai Valley Inn: Spa Ojai Wellness Postcard- At Spa Ojai, each guest receives a personalized locker with a gift that includes a locally made Spa Ojai Wellness Postcard. Guests are encouraged to reflect during their visit and write a message of wellness or gratitude to themselves or someone they love. The spa will mail the postcard for them at the end of their day. Spa Ojai Wellness Postcards are created by a local artist who uses traditional letterpress on 100% cotton papers.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Orlando Grande Lakes: Spa After Dark & Spring Fling Event- Our Spa After Dark & Spring Fling Event is held in the Fall and Spring and is an opportunity for our guests to experience mini treatments and deluxe experiences in a party-like setting with a complimentary goody bag, live music, refreshments and hors d’oeuvres! In between services, guests enjoy the spa facilities and interact with all of our resource partners to learn & enjoy product demos. Miraval Berkshires & Miraval Arizona: Massage Apprentice Clinic: Addressing Therapist Shortages with Comprehensive Training- Miraval’s Massage Apprentice Clinic is an innovative solution to address the growing staffing challenges for massage therapists in our industry. Launched in 2024 at Miraval Berkshires and Miraval Arizona, this program trains new therapists in essential skills including timing, flow, draping, body mechanics, stamina, interpreting guest feedback, working intuitively, advanced techniques, mindfulness, luxury standards and special touches—all before formal service protocol training. YTD, we have successfully hired seven apprentices, all of whom remain on staff and have received exceptional guest feedback. This clinic strengthens our talent pipeline and ensures the continued delivery of high-quality services through hands-on, foundational training.
Sea Island: Team Member Engagement Champion- Sea Island has a Beekeeper online conversation tool for teams. At the spa the driver of our stream is our Team Member Engagement Champion. Through this online tool our champion communicates and advocates things like: Tell Me More team member introductions; Monday Mentions with specific guest comments; contests and events like pumpkin carving and potlucks; individual birthdays and anniversaries; new retail product features; educational chats for massage, salon and esthetics; Be Kind team member to team member affirmations and thank yous. Engagement in real time, with the ability to like, comment and discuss as a team.
