Complete a Hospitality Event Request Form to submit your interest in a hosted event outside of ISPA Conference hours.
As one can imagine, having a premium group of spa leaders in one location lends itself to non-participating brands and solicitors trying to lure member attendees to unofficial events and presentations. To help protect and assist attendees, ISPA provides all official exhibitors and sponsors hosting an approved Hospitality Event during non-competing Conference hours with a special “ISPA Approved Event” logo to display on all invitations and collateral promoting their gatherings. These events include everything from intimate invite-only gatherings to larger parties with an open invitation to all.
While ISPA is supportive of these approved events, the association does not have any involvement with planning, invitations, etc.
Corporate Group Events
ISPA supports eligible corporate spa groups with a variety of benefits designed to make pre-Conference meetings easier, more cost-effective and more impactful. Whether your group is gathering for education, leadership alignment, team connection or a little pre-Conference momentum, ISPA is here to help create a smooth and collaborative experience before everyone heads into the full energy of Conference.
Interested in hosting a corporate spa group meeting? Submit your request using the Corporate Meeting Request Form. Space is available on Tuesday, March 2, and is limited and reserved on a first-requested basis. All Corporate Meeting attendees must be active ISPA members. - Complimentary meeting space, based on availability
- Complimentary lunch for eligible corporate spa group attendees
- Discounted ISPA Conference registration rates for eligible corporate spa group attendees
- Complimentary projector and screen for meeting room AV setup
- Support with room set coordination
- ISPA-provided meeting signage
- Approved digital assets to help promote the meeting
- Option to request an ISPA Board member welcome or participation, if applicable and based on availability
- Corporate group gift bags coordinated by ISPA at no cost to the corporate group, with gifts provided through participating ISPA Conference sponsors
- Access to a pre-Conference ISPA Experience Center open house for a first look at the space
Important Guidelines:
Corporate meeting space is provided as a valued ISPA member benefit and is intended for internal meetings, presentations and networking.
Since these meetings happen while exhibitors and sponsors are busy bringing their official ISPA Conference spaces to life, corporate meeting rooms cannot be used as a mini-Expo space. Vendor showcases, tabletop exhibits, booths and similar sales-focused displays are not permitted.
The full use of space requirements and guidelines are included in the meeting request form linked above, because even the fun stuff needs a few guardrails.
