Leon Logothetis Announced as Day Three Keynote Speaker for 2022 ISPA Conference
The International SPA Association (ISPA) is excited to announce global adventurer, TV host and bestselling author Leon Logothetis as the Power Session keynote speaker for day three of the 2022 ISPA Conference. Logothetis completes the Conference keynote lineup alongside previously announced speakers Dan Heath and Jade Simmons. Logothetis will also be presented with the ISPA Alex Szekely Humanitarian Award for his creation of the Human Interaction Project and his dedication to spreading the message of kindness and hope across the globe. The ISPA Conference will take place May 2-4 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and will feature an agenda overflowing with inspirational speakers and valuable education, plus an expo floor filled with the industry’s most reputable resource partners.
Since leaving behind his career as a broker in London more than a decade ago, Logothetis has traveled the globe, visiting more than 100 countries and documenting his experiences through his hit TV shows—including Amazing Adventures of a Nobody on the National Geographic channel and The Kindness Diaries on Discovery+ and Netflix—and bestselling books such as Live, Love, Explore: Discover the Way of the Traveler—A Roadmap to the Life You Were Meant to Live. Through these projects and his speaking engagements, Logothetis is inspiring the world with his message of kindness, compassion and hope.
“Leon Logothetis’s courageous spirit and devotion to celebrating everything that connects us as human beings is sure to lift up and inspire our attendees to boldly pursue the adventures in their own lives and businesses with kindness leading the way,” said ISPA President Lynne McNees.
In addition to his writing and work in television, Logothetis also hosts the weekly podcast Spontaneous Moments of Conversation, in which he has unscripted conversations with guests whose identities are a mystery until the discussion begins. He is also the founder of Winston Entertainment, a travel-focused television production company that highlights the good in humanity through its content.
The Humanitarian Award is named in honor of the late spa pioneer, Alex Szekely. It is awarded to recognize an individual who acts as a respected contributor to over well-being, encouraging the renewal of mind, body and spirit – all of which are characteristics embodied by the ISPA members worldwide. Past Humanitarian Award recipients include Dr. Maya Angelou, John Ondrasik, Sidney Poitier, Alice Waters, Jewel, Lisa Ling and Peyton Manning.
