Shipping, Labor and Booth Furnishings
GES is ISPA’s exhibits partner who helps handle essential logistics and setup functions that bring the Expo and sponsorships to life. Click here to visit the GES Expresso exhibitor and sponsor portal. This will be your one-stop-show to order everything you need to bring your booth to life. Exhibitors and sponsors will use this site to manage freight, shipping, carpet/flooring needs, furniture orders, cleaning services and labor needs. If your company is exhibiting and sponsoring, it is essential that your sponsorship freight be shipped separately with the appropriate labels provided by your ISPA staff contact. Please contact [email protected] for assistance with sponsor shipping labels.
ISPA Conference Mobile App
CVENT will once again be the provider of the 2024 ISPA Conference mobile app. Designated primary contacts for all exhibitors and non-exhibiting sponsors will receive an invitation email sent from a CVENT email address to log into the CVENT Exhibitor/Sponsor Portal. Once that email is received, please log in and click the Profile tab on left side menu of your Exhibitor Portal to add your company’s contact information and logo. Click the Content tab on the left side menu to upload a video, document or promotional links for display on the mobile app.
In an effort to differentiate ISPA-initiated emails from spam, please know that ISPA will always inform you in advance before reaching out via an official partner.
In the initial invitation email from CVENT, primary contacts will also be given the steps for purchasing CVENT LeadCapture (lead retrieval) licenses, which can be used onsite to collect leads on the ISPA Expo floor. Please refer to the section below for additional details.
We encourage primary contacts to update all your company’s profile information and upload your logo in CVENT by March 18 to ensure it is visible to attendees when the app launches in late March. If you did not receive the invitation email, please reach out to [email protected].
Lead Retrieval Services
Lead retrieval services will once again be provided by CVENT LeadCapture. Click here to view the LeadCapture order form. This form will allow exhibitors and sponsors to log into their CVENT Exhibitor Portal and purchase LeadCapture licenses. These licenses can then be redeemed by downloading the CVENT LeadCapture mobile app (separate from the ISPA Conference app) and using the mobile device to scan attendee badges onsite. Scanned badges will then be collected as leads through the LeadCapture app, where exhibitors and sponsors will be able to add notes to each lead. Following the event, all captured leads will be sent to exhibitors and sponsors in a downloadable report.
If you have questions related to LeadCapture or need instructions on purchasing and assigning LeadCapture licenses, click here or reach out to [email protected].
Please note: While exhibitors and sponsors can purchase LeadCapture licenses now, they will not be able to assign them to booth staff until early April.
LeadCapture License Pricing:
- $524 | *Best Value* Three-Pack of LeadCapture Licenses, redeemable on three total exhibitor or sponsor mobile devices
- $262 | Single LeadCapture License, redeemable on one exhibitor or sponsor mobile device
- $157 | Additional LeadCapture License
