Kristen Martin is the Corporate Retail Buying Manager for Spa & Wellness at Omni Hotels & Resorts, where she leads retail strategy and product curation across the brand’s luxury spa portfolio. With more than a decade experience in buying and four years dedicated to hospitality retail, Kristen specializes in creating elevated, experience-driven retail programs that deepen guest connection while driving performance. 

As product discovery becomes increasingly digital and transactional, Kristen champions human connection and immersive product experiences as the true drivers of trust, loyalty and long-term retail growth. Her approach integrates strategic assortment planning, thoughtful vendor partnerships and storytelling to ensure spa retail feels curated, personal and purpose-driven.
