JoAnn Lenhardt

JoAnn is a therapist, referee and master negotiator in her day-to-day life in hospitality

Thirty plus years in restaurants and hotels with a moment of insanity opening her own restaurant and realized spending someone else’s money was less stressful.

Smaller hotels with many moving parts are her passion as she loves to pivot, change and reinvent the wheel if needed. She started her career with the big box hotels but wanted to make changes without red tape and layers of approvals.

JoAnn loves the ever-evolving trends in spa, food and beverage and hospitality in general. JoAnn’s love of travel and hospitality started at an early age as an Air Force Brat, she has lived in four countries and eleven states. When not traveling she is searching for the perfect pizza, reading a book or in the gym trying to maintain the muscle of her youth. Lake Austin Spa Resort has been recognized as the #1 destination spa in the United States and #3 in the World in Condé Nast Traveler/Readers’ Choice Awards and has been featured in USA Today’s 10 Best Awards and is a Travel + Leisure Super Hall of Fame award winner.
