Blake Beyer

Blake currently serves as spa manager for Viva Day Spa + Med Spa in Dallas, the company’s newest flagship location and first North Texas expansion. Previously, he held leadership roles at multiple Austin locations, including the ATX flagship at Domain NORTHSIDE. In these roles, he has led teams ranging from 40 to more than 75 team members across spa and medical aesthetics departments. He is deeply focused on culture and team development, believing performance follows people and strong results are built on trust, accountability and a team that genuinely wants to win together.

His background is in operations, revenue growth and team development. In recent years, he has helped grow the company’s medical spa division, refine clinical and service protocols and implement scheduling and incentive strategies that drive measurable results. Before opening, hiring and now leading the Dallas location, he grew the Round Rock location to 57% year-over-year revenue growth.
