Expo Award Winners Announced at 2025 ISPA Conference
The International SPA Association (ISPA) has revealed the winners of the 2025 ISPA Conference Expo Awards. These annual awards honor the dedication and creativity of exhibitors and sponsors in an engaging and dynamic way during the spa industry organization’s annual Conference.
“The 2025 ISPA Conference Expo Awards spotlight the remarkable talent and dedication of exhibitors and sponsors, recognizing their efforts to inspire, innovate and elevate the spa industry,” said Lynne McNees, ISPA President. “This year’s lineup was overflowing with creativity and inspiring new products and services.”
The judging took place at the 2025 ISPA Conference at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado, from March 11-13. Winners were recognized on the main stage during the final day’s Power Session. ISPA member volunteer judges voted for the winners in six different categories.
The Best Booth Design was evaluated on overall presentation, design and aesthetics, and was awarded for two booth categories based on booth size. The Best New Product/Service Launch was judged on innovation and uniqueness, presentation within the booth/sponsorship space, marketing strategy and customer education. The Best New Brand was assessed on brand story, mission and values, creativity and design, and customer engagement. The Best Experience/Treatment was evaluated on quality and overall experience/treatment, professionalism, attention to detail, uniqueness, expertise and knowledge of staff. The Superstar Team was judged on extraordinary customer service, warm welcome into their space, knowledgeable staff and lasting impressions.
