Education is Key at the 2011 ISPA Conference & Expo
LEXINGTON, Ky. – The 2011 Professional Development Sessions, sponsored by Pure Inventions, offered during the 21st annual International SPA Association Conference & Expo will help attendees move their business forward. During the three day Conference, held November 7-9 at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nev., spa professionals will take advantage of 36.5 hours of education through both General and Professional Development Sessions. A total of 20 sessions featuring 26 speakers will cover topics on customer service, sales and marketing, business strategy, and leadership and management.
“The quality education offered to attendees is the reason why so many spa industry professionals return to the ISPA Conference each year,” said ISPA President Lynne McNees. “The session speakers go through a rigorous selection process lead by a task force of ISPA members. Each Professional Development Session offers dynamic takeaways that can be implemented in your business as soon as you get home.”
Five time slots have been designated for Professional Development Sessions during Conference.
