SPA Services Trainer Wonderful opportunity for an experienced spa service trainer in Phoenix, Arizona. This Brand is a start-up spa franchise model that is quickly expanding nationally. The Spa Service Trainer is responsible for training and mentoring estheticians, nail technicians and massage therapists in franchise spa locations utilizing standardized training programs and Brand tenets. This position focuses on new franchise spa opening training support, group trainings and franchisee training. We are looking for a knowledgeable, energetic, compassionate and socially engaging trainer that can easily communicate and work with corporate staff, franchisees and franchisee staff at a unit level. Job Requirements Train and motivate franchisee staff in accordance with brand protocols, processes and policies. Participates in creation and development of training programs relating to massage, skincare and nail services. Organizes and schedules onsite training in accordance with franchisee opening schedules. Supports and schedules product vendors for opening onsite trainings. Develops, trains and implements recruiting programs to support franchisee’s efforts in hiring massage therapists, estheticians and nail technicians. Understands sales and membership goals related to spa services. Assist in planning PR and marketing events for corporate owned stores. Assist leadership team in training and recruiting projects as assigned. Travel is required. Qualifications MUST have a minimum of three years working experience as an esthetician, massage therapist and/or nail technician. Experience in Spa Franchising required. Educated massage therapist and esthetician. Educated nail technician preferred. Training and writing background required. Deep knowledge of the spa industry preferred. Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines used at Spa as it relates to estheticians, massage therapists and nail technicians.
