The Spa Manager plans, leads, manages, develops and optimizes the performance of the Spa at the Sanderling and Sanderling Gift Shop operations to provide memorable experiences that exceed Guest expectations while meeting/exceeding spa and retail financial goals. Responsible for short and long-term planning, day-to-day operations of the spa and gift shop, and providing a consistent, quality product and service. Provides training and development opportunities to form a highly effective and efficient team. Operates in an efficient, cost effective environment that produces outstanding results. This position requires a hands on management style.
Computer knowledge including POS system, spa reservation system, and timekeeping system; thorough understanding of resort/spa industry; high level of interpersonal communication and hospitality skills; proven leadership skills; ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
