Job Description

The Spa Manager will oversee all activities of our Spa with 12 massage rooms, 5 soaking pools, a large salt water pool, and retail boutique. The Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience and smooth operational functioning of spa appointments, activities and quality control. Provides leadership, direction and supervision of staff in the daily operations of the Spa. Also assist with contracting with and managing Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT's) and other independent contractors. All applicants please apply directly at:

Job Requirements

~ Minimum of five years of spa management experience, preferably at a large resort spa. ~ CPR certification preferred, or willing to become certified. ~ Bachelor's Degree preferred. ~ Computer and technology proficient in spa information systems, MS Outlook, Excel, etc. ~ Reliability and punctuality are critical. ~ Ability to work under pressure with a high level of patience. ~ Ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays required. ~ Ability to sit, stand (for eight hours or more a day), reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 40 pounds or less. ~ Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal Proven leadership qualities; ability to work cohesively with all Spa areas & co-workers as part of a team. ~ Strong organization and problem solving skills; demonstrated success at working multiple priorities, and exercising good judgment with guest and employee situations and challenges
