This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our hotel. The Spa Supervisor reports to the Director of Spa. Work authorization for this location is required.

Job Description

General Responsibilities: • Manages day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, standards, and meeting the expectations of the customers daily. • Support Spa Manager and Director in any administrative tasks including, sales reports, staff performance tracking, coordinating promotions as well as facility maintenance. • Supports the developmental needs of others and coaching, mentoring, or otherwise helping others to improve their knowledge or skills. • Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work. • Ensure that the check-in and payment process is handled by company policy by processing cash, credit card and credit transactions accurately thus protecting the company’s assets • Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met. • Directs associates to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check out process • Empowers associates to provide excellent customer service. • Verifies associates understand customer service expectations and parameters. • Verifies that regular on-going communication is happening with associates to create awareness of business objectives and communicate expectations, recognizes performance, and produce desired results. • Creates schedules for the Spa Receptionist/ Retail Attendants. • Interacts with customers to obtain feedback on the quality of product, service levels and overall satisfaction • Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints. • Informs and updates the Director of Spa, peers and the subordinates on relevant information promptly. • Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results. Compensation: $58,280 Salary Availability: Must be available to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Job Requirements

Desired Skills and Experiences: • High school diploma or GED • Two years’ experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, or related professional area. • Must be available to work evenings • Must be available to work weekends • SpaSoft management system knowledge is preferred. • Must be detail-oriented and ability to multi-task. • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills. • Must possess basic math and money handling skills. • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
