Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY: Direct and manage spa department (face, body and nail departments) operations in multiple locations to successfully achieve sales goals, business objectives, and overall spa profitability. Responsible for the quality and consistency of luxury spa treatments, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, and spa price structure. Oversee the recruiting and training of spa technicians. Plan and coordinate the activities of the spa team to ensure performance management, successful productivity and efficient schedule utilization. Ensure high customer service standards and positively influence and motivate staff. Provide leadership and opportunities for spa growth and technician business development. Collaborate with the Executive and Management team to provide input on departmental issues and operational plans. JOB FUNCTIONS • Develop the business strategy for all spa locations and lead the implementation of that strategy, working closely with Marketing and Operations. • Ensure that Mario Tricoci is providing the highest quality spa & beauty services to drive sales and guest satisfaction. • Establish and monitor performance on sales goals, key objectives and new services and provide action plans for spas. • Develop and implement business building procedures to spa technicians. • Continue to review and update our menu of spa offerings keeping current with trends in the spa industry. • Work with Finance to establish spa budget guidelines. • Maximize profitability of spa services. • Oversee the recruiting, utilization, and staffing of nail technicians, estheticians and massage therapists. • Create and manage relationships with key vendors. • Develop Spa Managers to manage and motivate spa technicians to ensure maximum performance results. • Conduct regular visits to all spa locations to build relationships with managers and technicians and to audit spa standards. • Drive to achieve service and beauty retail goals for spa technicians and provide individual coaching. • Oversee the creation of the spa training curriculum. • Enforce company policies/procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS • 10+ years of spa leadership experience in a luxury spa • Extensive knowledge of luxury spa services and products including skin care lines, nail care, and body products • Ability to effectively drive revenue initiatives to achieve sales goals • Extensive knowledge of spa standards • Financial management skills including ability to understand P&L statements and develop plans to meet profit goals • Knowledge of spa sanitation and state licensing requirements • Understanding of spa equipment and routine maintenance needs. • Ability to effectively manage technician staffing, utilization and business building practices • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Please apply at http://www.tricoci.com/careers/?hireology_job_id=262320
