Provides the highest levels of professionalism and gracious service to our guests. Ensures supplies, product and refreshments are always available to our guests. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:(other duties may be assigned) 1.Provides a positive, professional appearance and demeanor to our guest. 2.Ensures the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation for the spa and fitness center. 3.Ensures refreshments are always available at the fitness center and the ladies and gentlemen lounge. 4.Ensures all amenities are available at all times for our guests. 5.Provides our guests with locker assistance and supplies. 6.Ensures the facilities are well maintained. 7.Follows the company’s safety and emergency procedures. 8.Undertakes other responsibilities as directed by supervisor. 9.Guides guests on a nature walk through the Torrey Pines Reserve 10.Available to assist guests with all requests in the fitness center, spa and pool.
Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to spend most of the day on your feet and walking around. Must be friendly, professional and customer service oriented. Great time management and organizational skills. Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting. Great communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in hospitality preferred.
