Job Description

The Spa Assistant Director acts as the Manager on Duty in Director's absence and/or as needed • Excellent in the successful management of the guest experience and handling guest relations • Exceptional skills in leading a large SPA operations team (90+ colleagues, including esthetics, massage, salon, specialty service providers, front desk, retail, and therapist assistants). • Create an environment that supports, encourages and anticipates the needs of the guest experience and the colleague experience. Contribute to an environment that encourages authenticity, sincerity, warmth and fun.

Job Requirements

• Experience in achieving retail and revenue goals. • Exceptional ability to perform complex administrative tasks using Excel, MS word, Outlook and Powerpoint. • Experience in managing business to budgets, scheduling for efficiency managing expenses for operational supplies including completing inventories and purchase orders. • Previous experience in the successful completion and accounting of payroll including scheduling, managing clock ins and outs, commissions, benefit pay and processing. • Experience in hiring and retaining top talent. Interviewing talent at all levels of the operation, training, coaching, counselling, administering check in conversation, supporting growth opportunities and advancement. Coaching and counselling corrective behavior for accountability, consistency while being collaborative, supportive and nurturing. • Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills. Must be results driven, goal oriented and able to meet deadlines. • Must be available to work a flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
