JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title/Status: Skin Care Specialist/Coordinator/ Exempt Department: Skin Care Reports to: Director of Aesthetics Date: 8/5/19 SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Incumbent has the responsibility and accountability for assisting the Director of Aesthetics in the day-to-day operations of the Skin Care team, including outside sales team members and internal teams. Incumbent will also oversee the skin care trade show team for trade show and seminar staffing. Incumbent will work directly with the Director of Aesthetics to help develop the brand identity, assist in marketing programs, and implement sales and advertising tools. Incumbent will ensure that the skin care team fully supports the efforts of the corporate account, school, education, and medical teams to drive skin care sales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Coordinate activities of outside sales team members to ensure leads are followed up on in a timely matter. • Maintain salesforce on a daily basis • Coordinator training, events, seminars and workshops with internal and external team members • Provide admin support to the Director of Aesthetics • Support the outside sales team/ internal customer service team with the signature brands • Provide support to the signature brands accounts • Setup training for the signature brands accounts as they open based on the dollar amount zoom or in person • Ensure all training materials is updated and have UC approval • Actively be a part of the selling process/ team by qualifying leads, taking the opportunity to the next level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: • Excellent organizational skills • Must possess the ability to think strategically. • Superior problem analysis and problem resolution skills. • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. • Excellent customer interface, customer focus and presentation skills. • Excellent computer skills Education/Experience • 2 years customer service and/or spa experience • License in Esthetics or Cosmetology • Experience in sales of professional skincare products or service Experience in the following a big plus: • Customer service experience • Experience in skincare sales
