POSITION: Regional Sales Manager Location: South Central: Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri You will be employed as a Regional Sales Manager. Your duties include, but are not limited to sales, training, customer service, brand and product presentations, webinars and events. Frequent travel to support your partners is an integral part of this position.
Meet / Exceed annual sales goals for existing business, new business growth along with promotion and launch quotas. Schedule regular, in-person partner meetings. Manage and interpret partner requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs. Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential partners within assigned sales region. Create and maintain business plans for assigned partners, as a tool to drive promotions and targeted growth. Travel at a minimum of 60% visiting partners in region. Ideal candidate lives near an airport Good presentations skills are essential on this role, for both existing partner engagement and capture of new business. Create and initiate profitable events with partners on a regular basis Perform sales status reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including activity, closing, follow-up and adherence to goals other duties as required
