POSITION OVERVIEW: The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for promoting and growing the haia Wellness and OM4men brands by driving sales and continually expanding the aesthetic customer base in a geographic territory. The Regional Account Executive will also be managing key corporate accounts in the territory in order to maximize professional skin care treatments and sell-thru opportunities for the brand. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be entrepreneurial, show business acumen, be competitive in nature, and a creative thinker with an engaging personality who represents the haia Wellness and OM4men brands in a professional and customer-centric manner. The candidate must also possess the ability to build, grow and foster relationships with existing and new accounts to grow their territory business. The primary focus is to actively grow the territory and achieve sales goals through the cultivation of new business with key spa, resort and aesthetic practices, as well as supporting and expanding the existing customer base. This driven individual will display a passion for consultative sales and building a customer’s business over time. They must also demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, professional achievement and present with knowledge of the aesthetic industry. The candidate should be financially reward driven and welcome the opportunity to increase their compensation as a result of territory business growth which yield sales results.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES: Travel within your territory to engage and support haia Wellness and OM4men accounts to grow existing business and generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth. Profiling accounts to determine areas of opportunity, Prospecting within territory to open new accounts and grow business in these accounts. Introduce haia Wellness and OM4men products and education opportunities to new accounts. Build and maintain trusting relationships with all call points at locations, to include, business owners, spa managers, front desk administration, estheticians, massage therapists and all other supporting staff. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, plan and conduct educational workshops to maintain in store technical knowledge standards. Conduct product trainings and special promotional events to drive sales efforts and results, being mindful of the return on investment (ROI) of their time and budget investment Organize and deliver outstanding education experiences and train personnel and support staff on haia Wellness and OM4men product lines when necessary. Support haia Wellness and OM4men customers in their marketing efforts by facilitating and attending open houses and similar in-office events and promotions. Schedule and route for account visits on an appropriate call cycle based upon tiers and geography to support and maintain territory coverage plan and optimize business results. Reengage former haia Wellness and OM4men accounts, understanding why their purchasing has declined, addressing any issues, and bringing them back to haia Wellness and OM4men. Track account and sales activities, account visits, current business conditions, trends and competitive information through CRM. Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with management. Represent haia Wellness and OM4men at industry trade shows. Nurture strong relationships with the home office team, marketing and national educators Be adaptive as needed to support internal and external customer needs. Must possess ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional, timely and businesslike manner. Achieve or exceed sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis to deliver sales results and maximize individual variable compensation payout. Forecasting experience and business analysis skills are strongly preferred. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: LE is REQUIRED. BA/BS in business administration, management, marketing, communications or related field preferred. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, in this case English. Speaking Spanish or other second language is an asset. EXPERIENCE REQUREMENTS: 2 years’ experience in sales and business developments. Previous sales experience in aesthetic or beauty industry preferred. Excellent communication skills are essential to the satisfactory performance of this job, both written and verbal. Must be information technology savvy—email, CRM and Microsoft Office experience is essential. Must demonstrate presentation, selling and communication skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to remote operation accountability standards. We’re looking for a great attitude and competitive drive.
