Job Description

Position Title/Status: Project Manager/Exempt Department: Sales Reports to: Sales Operations Manager Date: 05/23/21 Location: Remote SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Manager has the responsibility & accountability for managing the order fulfillment process for assigned orders to ensure overall customer satisfaction and operational & supply chain efficiency. This position supports the Sales Division by insuring the project coordination from the quote revision and release of the order to the final delivery with full customer satisfaction, while maintaining the profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • General duties include managing large and/or more complicated sales orders including order deposit invoices, collection of options or color selections, communication with the sales manager to understand each projects needs and customer communications to understand order deadlines, logistics and delivery requirements. Incumbent will also have the responsibility of all necessary communication/information regarding the project progresses with the customer, such as: sending weekly shipping reports, delivery dates, etc. • Identify and initiate solutions for any problems that may restrict orders from completing successfully & efficiently or might result in customer dissatisfaction. • Supervision of all order fulfillment duties including purchase order pricing reviews to ensure order margins are kept on track, confirmation of all addresses, tracking and consolidation information, international documentation needs or restrictions while maintaining organization of project deadlines. • Coordination of final delivery logistics and installation team itinerary details that include on-site final set up services. Including any construction or other project site delays that could interfere with successful delivery of order. • Project Managers will be working on projects that can range from 1 month to 3 years. Lengthy projects require excellent organization and communication skills. • Must maintain a current understanding of the sales processes required for successful sales support including sales steps and expertise for all types of equipment and related accessories. • Support the process of consistently maintaining the key metrics of all active quotes & sales orders for the purposes of accurate pipeline sales reporting. • Perform other project work, duties and responsibilities as required or requested. • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position. • Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action, which may be taken. • Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. • This position may occasionally require some travel. Project Manager is responsible for presenting themselves in a manner according to company policy and procedures. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Experience in sales, spa operations or consulting is preferred. • Strong creative, problem solving, and decision-making skills. • Project Management and Vendor Relations skills preferred. • Successful experience with goal setting and consultative type sales process’. • Knowledge of spa development, equipment, products and services is preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. • Excellent motivator with energy, drive, and passion for the business, which motivates and fosters a team spirit. • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize activities, multi-task and follow tasks to completion. • Ability to work in a fast-paced fun environment and possess a high degree of personal initiative. • Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to details. • Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Office, Outlook, RMS, Excel, and experience with Oracle based systems preferred. • Must have complete understanding of organizational structure of Universal Companies. • Flexible to work extended hours as business dictates. • Ability to deliver undesirable project updates in a manner that diffuse customer tensions.

Education/Experience • Preferred four-year degree in business or equivalent work experience in a related field.
