Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Wellness Support System Manager. This unique position requires project and team management skills. You will be part of Wellness Departments MOD Team. You would oversee onsite/remote Wellness Coaches as well as Wellness Assistants to ensure that our guests and residents wellness goals are created, executed and developed long-term. You will ensure that our package guests receive a thorough prearrival consultation and customize their itinerary of treatments with the assistance of our Wellness Coaches. Post departure, with the assistance of our Wellness Assistants, you would manage guests and resident’s wellness goals to continually improving their health as it pertains to Amrit's 5 pillars. All associates are expected to provide a high-quality, 5-star experience for our guests, residences and members. The position entails the following responsibilities. This is not a complete description, and certain responsibilities may additionally be presented along the course of employment: •Develop and create preopening department SOPS and flow charts to ensure 5-star guest experience for guests and residents as it pertains to the Personal Wellness Support System •Interview, train and manage Personal Wellness Coaches and Personal Wellness Associates on job responsibilities, performance expectations, client service standards, and corporate policies and guidelines •Ability to motivate Coaches and Assistants to inspire guests and residences to meet/exceed their wellness goals both while on site and long-term/offsite •Ensure that a safe and healthy environment exists for all •Stay up to date on research and trends in relating to Amrit’s pillars of sleep, mindfulness, relaxation, fitness and nutrition and provide recommendations on new offerings and lecturers to Director of Wellness • This includes advancements and utilization of tools and technologies that enhance guest’s ability to exceed their goals •Evaluate program effectiveness utilizing guest and associates’ feedback and suggest updates •Work with Fitness Manager, Spa Manager and Wellness Coaches to ensure guest feedback, preferences and goals are properly documented and shared when needed with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ensure guest information and preferences is kept confidential and private •Assist with promotions and sales and up sell the spa and wellness programs •Remain proficient in computer operating software systems and reporting required by your position

Job Requirements

•Minimum 2 years work experience as a Wellness Coach from a reputable institute and/or in other fields of wellness like Nutrition, Ayurveda Medicine, Exercise Science, and/or Yoga/Mindfulness •Minimum 2 years of experience of managing teams of 10 or more in a wellness setting •Experience working in a hotel or resort in a similar capacity in a preopening setting •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Strong project management and delegation skills •Able to have flexible working hours including evenings and weekends •Ability move objects weighing up to 25 pounds •Ability to move, bend, and stretch as job requires •Additional wellness modality certifications or experiences
