Do you have a background in health, wellness, and hospitality? Are you motivated to share your wellness vision with others? We are seeking to onboard a Personal Wellness Assistant (PWA) in our contact center who will assist guests, members and residents to achieve their personal fitness, nutritional, and wellness goals by providing feedback, encouragement, advice, and information. This position will require you to work from our West Palm Beach/Riviera Beach, Florida location. If you are a driven, organized, and motivated individual passionate about the wellness industry, then this position was hand crafted specifically for you! As a Personal Wellness Assistant you will assist guests via phone, email, and chat post visit. Support includes a multitude of areas such as nutrition and fitness guidance, wellness tips, accountability assistance to help guests stay on their personal wellness roadmap, scheduling future visits and/or treatments, offering wellness package recommendations for those making resort reservations, and much more. PWA’s will also assist the resort’s condo residents and local club members along their wellness journey.
•Experience in a health-related discipline such as (Nutrition, Ayurvedic Medicine, Exercise, Mindfulness, Wellness Coach, etc. •Excellent Communication Skills •World Class Customer Service Skills •Strong Relationship Building (Ability to Interact with Guests of all ages and Demographics) •Remain at the height of Adaptability and Flexibility •Serve as a Creative Thinker and Demonstrate Proactive Problem Solving •Proficient with MS Office •Proficiency with English Language •Exceptional Time Management and Planning Skills •Ability to work onsite in our contact center located in Riviera Beach, FL
