Job Description

Health Academy is hiring for multiple, remote roles in San Diego (CA), Dallas (TX) and Atlanta (GA). A Membership Experience Specialist (MES) is responsible for customer acquisition and retention for all Health Academy services and products (Membership program, skin care lines, and others). They should be highly skilled in building strong business relationships, exceptional customer service and communication skills. The Membership Experience Specialist will work under the guidance of the Vice President of Sales. Responsibilities and Duties: - Maintain a high level of learning and growth - Proactively prospect, research and close new business - Meet weekly/monthly sales and prospecting goals - Work closely with leadership to train and develop strategies to achieve weekly/monthly goals - Support business across territory and operate as the client lead while leveraging support from your team leader - Maintain an active role to help deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and retention - Build and maintain trusting relationships with spa manager, front desk administration, estheticians, massage therapist and all other supporting staff - Lead and deliver outstanding education experiences and prepare staff with Health Academy product knowledge. Participate in various travel for internal or external events and meetings - Represent Health Academy at various events - Record, monitor and report on activity with identified corporate practices - Work with corporate partnership staff and sales managers to inventory all corporate chains within territory - Tracks account and sales activities, account visits, current business conditions, trends and competitive information through CRM. - Works with marketing team to maintain consistent sales support materials - Resolve customer issues by investigating problems; developing solutions; and working with management - Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications: - Willingness to establish a culture of learning - College degree or equivalent combination of training and experience - 2-3 years of positive sales and customer service experience - Knowledge of aesthetic industry - A passion to help customers - Strong written and communication skills - Experience in using CRM tools - Demonstrable presentation, selling and communication skills
