The Lodge Torrey Pines is located on Torrey Pines Golf Course in La Jolla, California, one of Southern California's most picturesque destinations and site of the 2008 and 2021 U.S. Open Championship. The property includes two restaurants the signature A.R. Valentien fine dining restaurant and The Grill at Torrey Pines. The Spa at Torrey Pines is located above the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean and within walking distance of the treasured Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, The Spa and its treatments are inspired by its location and indigenous plant life found in the reserve. The Spa Treatment Provider ("Proveedor/a de Tratamiento de Spa") contributes to our guests' well being by ensuring proper treatments and screening for contraindications. Provides the highest level of professionalism, gracious service and treatment quality offered to our guests. Provides a positive, professional appearance and demeanor to our guests. Evaluates our guests' health conditions throughout the treatment to ensure a safety environment for our guests. Inform our guests of treatment steps to follow. Prepares treatment room for upcoming treatments. Ensures the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation for the department. Contributes to the success of the organization by promoting the products and services available at the spa. Ensures the facilities are well maintained. Follows the company's safety and emergency procedures. Maintains current credentials and licenses as required by city, county, and state regulatory agencies. Undertakes other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must have a current license through the California Massage Therapy Council. Previous spa experience is preferred with a minimum of two years of hands on experience outside of school. Experience with body wraps, scrubs, hot stone and prenatal massage is preferred. Exceptional attention to details, time management and customer service skills. Professional, friendly and punctual. Ability to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
