Job Description

Position summary: Administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. Role qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Position responsibilities: • Obtain through verbal intake basic medical history to assess any problems or conditions and the ability to suggest appropriate treatment or therapy. • Able to perform several different modalities of massage therapy which may include but not limited to: Swedish, Shiatsu, Hot Stone and Deep Tissue. • Able to provide a variety of body treatments. • Able to provide Hydrotherapy services. • Maintains and sets up clean, well stocked rooms with the highest standards of sanitation. • Ability to advise clients on appropriate treatments and products. • Attend staff meetings and professional trainings. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Essential skills and experience: • Knowledge of massage therapy, body treatments and related products. • Must hold and maintain a current state license. • Interpersonal and human relations skills. • Customer service skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Status



$9.89 per hour with 30% service commission and tips
