As an In House Account Manager your objective is to grow existing business, assist with new business lead generation and qualification, implement sales & promotional programs, and offer exceptional customer service within the prestige salon and spa market space. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth and customer acquisition objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with regional sales managers, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Ideal candidate for this position will be energetic, positive, and organized and are able to effectively create relationships within the market. Phone and video etiquette and a desire to excel are a must. This position is based in Van Nuys, CA at SPARITUAL Headquarters but will consider home based position for the right candidate. Position reports to the North America Sales Manager. Responsibilities: • Optimize sales by gaining depth in existing accounts. • Accelerate sales in targeted territories by supporting new business initiatives. • Develop and maintain business relationships with assigned accounts by incorporating regular tele-visits and sales calls. Regularly prepares proposals for existing accounts to accelerate growth. • Present, demonstrate and sell new product launches and promotions in a timely manner. Ensures and implements in spa launch plan to include training on new products for successful sell through. • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales manager for further development and closure. • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
• Strong sales background with a minimum of 3 years’ experience; spa/salon industry knowledge preferred. • Proven inside sales experience. • Track record of over-achieving quota. • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools including zoom. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Provides creative, out of the box approaches to client satisfaction and problem solving. • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Suite; in particular Word and Excel .
