Job Description

Welcome guests to Burke Williams, confirming appointments and completing the check-in process Engage guests through facility tours, highlighting our luxurious amenities and unique special touches throughout the spa Proactively identify special occasion guests and partner with your team to craft uniquely memorable experiences just for them Offer membership programs, gift card specials, and retail items to help your guests enhance their wellness journeys Provide customized recommendations for services, enhancements, and therapists that are tailored to each guest’s individual needs Build relationships with your spa’s unique clientele, encouraging them to deepen their relationship with Burke Williams Represent the full suite of products and services, articulating the differences between each to your guests and helping them choose their best options (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) Act as a key liaison between the front-of-house, back-of-house, management, and everyone in between

Job Requirements

Tech-savvy, ability to learn new software programs Communicates early and often, informing all the relevant parties of important information Confidence in scheduling appointments and managing point-of-sale, handling credit card and cash transactions A team player with a willingness to help out anywhere needed beyond the front desk A steward of our brand, ensuring brand standards are met everywhere throughout the spa Ability to stand and lift to support cleaning and organizing retail and front desk areas
