POSITION SUMMARY The Ex Director of Hotel and Day Spas is responsible for leading the development of U.S. strategy and execution plan for the Hotel and Day Spa channels to accelerate growth and profitability. Prospects & negotiates new business opportunities while fully supporting our current partners in the Hotel and Day Spas. Fosters, builds, and establishes a collaborative relationship with partners and key industry leaders. Builds and protects brand equity and drives awareness with conceptual thinking and understanding the marketplace. ACCOUNTABILITIES STRATEGY, NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES: ▪ Initiates & spearheads business development of new hotel and day spa business opportunities to support the company’s overall growth strategy. ▪ Develops and communicates overall spa channel strategy, including sales plans and targets to senior management and cascades appropriate and relevant information to the internal and external stakeholders. ▪ Achieves strategic goals and sales financial results. Develops and updates retail and net sales budget estimates across U.S., identifying risks and opportunities to ensure resources are maximized. LEADERSHIP: ▪ Coaches, motivates and develops Account Executives and Spa Experience Trainers on competitive challenges and identifies opportunities for growth and profit enhancement. ▪ Works with brand leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of information to Field teams in a clear and organized manner. ▪ Reinforces key education initiatives including seminar content, facilitation, focused growth and support. RELATIONSHIPS: • Fosters, cultivates and builds strong business relationships with key hotel and day spa management while optimizing Forbes collaboration. ▪ Ensures collaboration with key Hotel Management, Spa Directors/Lead Aesthetician to optimize new launches and innovation through menu & services. ▪ Embraces role as “mentor” to reporting members of the team to build talent and retain staff. ANALYTICS: Establishes processes, KPIs and accountability standards. Identifies opportunities for streamlining operations, optimizes systems and reduces costs. • Monitors competitive activity and emerging and future trends in markets, customers, products, prices and channels to identify and grow business opportunities. Leads collaboration internally and externally to collect and gather relevant data. ▪ Creates feedback loops to the brand; shares feedback with in-house teams.
