KYPRIS, the award-winning, holistic personal care brand seeks a dynamic Director of Sales + New Business Development preferably based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Director of Sales will drive, oversee, and manage all B2B sales and education activities with retail and spa partners, existing and newly qualified. This role organizes, manages, tasks, develops, and cultivates the Sales and Education teams. The Director of Sales is responsible for executing strategy set in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and KYPRIS Senior Management.

Job Description

KYPRIS seeks a Director of Sales who is operationally minded, will be the leader of our inside sales efforts, and is excited to: increase KYPRIS B2B sales revenue by $2M by the end of year 1 through qualified partnerships increase EBITDA margin by 5% by end of year 1. create 90%+ accurate monthly forecast reports. design and implement sales training to all client facing employees by end of Q1 and implement sales education workflow to all existing and new accounts by end of Q2. create, implement, and be accountable to organizational chart for all sales activities and personnel by end of month 1. collaborate with KYPRIS marketing and partners to create, log, and anniversary annual retail events, marketing, and education calendar for each partner by end of Q1 and implement starting in Q2 Report on progress weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. Report all activity in CRM and oversee sales team activity in CRM. Using the CRM generate and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of all sales, education, and marketing activity. establish and embody healthy, professional, effective, responsible, cooperative, and warm culture in the KYPRIS sales and education teams. hire additional team members and freelancers as needed. Manage sales and education teams. cultivate positive and productive relationships with each existing KYPRIS account in tandem with sales, education, and marketing teams as well as cultivate new relationships. The Director of Sales is fully responsible for all KYPRIS B2B sales, sales goals, and executing all strategy.

Job Requirements

As a luxury brand offered in retail - both department stores and apothecaries, spa - both resort and solopreneur aestheticians, and doctors' offices - integrative and allopathic in 15 markets globally, we seek not only someone with the right background and skill set, but the right person and personality. The person we seek is: able to create, implement, and oversee the structure for all KYPRIS account managers, educators, and freelancers. polished communicator: written, verbally, and in appearance; adheres to an oxford comma savvy, hardworking, polished, and deeply invested in the brand and brand culture. highly organized, knows how to use, organize, and implement a CRM such as HubSpot. proficient in all GSuite and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Work, PowerPoint, and Server File organization. able to type at least 60 words per minute. assertive with a soft touch. able to compliment easily; is kind and measured when offering critique. highly attentive – even on weekends. exhibits strong interpersonal skills and possesses a high emotional IQ. able and willing to travel a minimum of 50% professional in appearance and conduct, especially when representing KYPRIS. *customer service focused.
