- Handle all customer calls/inquiries and ensure they are answered in a timely and professional manner - Obtain shipping quotes for customers and monitor their shipments to ensure timely delivery - Communicate and keep customers informed of the whereabouts of their deliveries - Deal with all general customer inquiries and direct to correct person - Handle sampling/literature mailouts - Handle inquiries and orders for spare parts where necessary - General administrative duties as required
- Prior customer service experience required (2+ years) - Excellent interpersonal and oral/written communication skills. - Ability to deliver world class customer service standards - Demonstrated organisational skills. - Proficient computer skills including Internet, and Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
