Job Description

The Assistant Spa Manager supervises staff and ensures all day to day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level. Executes all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling and ordering of supplies. Facilitates training and evaluations. Serves as liason to guests and handles all special requests. The ideal spa assistant manager candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any task. Previous experience within the luxury spa preferable.

Responsibilities Assists the Department Head in motivating and developing a skilled team Leads by example and instills a culture of continuous learning and improvement among employees Ensures the department is kept in an organized manner in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals Preferred Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills for both guest and management interaction The ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests needs and desires Exceptional customer service and problem solving skills Proven track record of spa sales and retail development Fluency in English Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
