Job Description
Position Summary.
The Corporate Group Account Executive reports to the Executive Director Hotel and Spas and is responsible for maintaining and building relationships with the Corporate Headquarters of Corporate Groups through individualized approach, strong interpersonal skills and motivation. Partners closely with the Executive Director, Hotel and Spas to create strategic partnerships across Corporate Groups to grow Natura Bissé, delivering exceptional experiences and brand building moments.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Will oversee Spas within the Corporate Headquarters of Corporate Groups. i.e., Marriott/Ritz Carlton, Hilton, Omni and Preferred Hotel Group, optimizing our relationship with Forbes. Acts as liaison to resolve client issues and opportunities.
Understands and exemplifies the Natura Bissé philosophy and brand culture.
Partner with the Marketing teams of both Natura Bissé and Hotel Corporate Groups to create unique, customized marketing plans and strategy.
Responsible for the annual strategy for training , events and marketing in conjunction with the area Account Executives and Trainers. Record and track all training, events and marketing plans.
In conjunction with the Director of Education and Executive Director of Hotel and Spas, plan and conduct quarterly virtual Focus Groups with the accounts’ Spa Director, Manager and Service Provider Leads.
Work closely with Director of Education and Executive Director of Hotel and Spas to plan and host annual Premier Partners Symposium at Dallas HQ.
Responsible for growing new doors and assisting in opening of new spas within the corporate groups in partnership with Regional Account Executives, Mulit-Channel.
Creates feedback loops to the brand; shares feedback with in-house teams.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor’s products, service offerings, demographics and customer needs, behaviors and reactions. Shares insights with management team.
Achieves sales and targets within corporate goups and the SE and Caribbean

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience leading/managing spa/retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury beauty business; preferably in the beauty industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
