The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving sales through managing, developing and increasing the overall growth of spa accounts within their territory and identifying and securing new business accounts that support meeting their goals. The ideal candidate will be a licensed esthetician, have an extensive background in selling skincare to high-end spas, have a passion for the skin care industry, excellent time-management skills and a relentless desire to hit sales targets. This role will act as a brand ambassador to our spa/independent sales channel.
3-5 years of skincare sales experience within the spa channel a must - Skincare knowledge &/or esthetician license a plus but not required - Strong prospecting skills and sell-in experience a must - Must live in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or Austin - Willingness to travel 50%+ - Experience in the management of a large, multi-state territory - Strong analytical skills - Computer proficiency – including all Microsoft™ Office programs and other analytical tools - Excellent communication skills — verbal, non-verbal, and written including strong presentation abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment - Possess effective organization skills and is detail-oriented - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends - Familiarity with adhering to budgets - Strong organizational and follow-through skills - Superior selling skills with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals required
