The Account Executive is to be based out of Miami area and is responsible for driving sales through collaboration with spa management, general managers and aesthetics teams to increase sales in hotel and day spas. 60% percent of travel is required.
Identifies and provides assessment recommendations for new accounts optimizing our relationship with Forbes. Achieves sales and targets by account and channel. Customizes marketing plans and activities to each account. Reviews orders and coordinates order processing with corporate office. Coordinates aesthetic trainings with accounts. Maintains and develops strategic relationships with accounts through strong interpersonal skills and motivation. Acts as liaison to resolve customer issues and opportunities. Establishes call cycle to achieve sales and profit goals. Maintains communication with accounts to ensure proper stock levels, retail sales and services. Creates feedback loops to the brand; shares feedback with in-house teams. Maintains in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitor’s products, service offerings, demographics and customer needs, behaviors and reactions. Shares insights with management team.
