“We are honored to offer complimentary ICF credentialed coaching sessions to attendees of the inaugural ISPA Talent Symposium,” said ISPA President Lynne McNees. “These personalized coaching sessions will provide attendees the opportunity to gain new perspectives, set goals and become inspired.”
ICF is the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession, helping their clients by improving lives, relationships and business performance.

The ISPA Talent Symposium, taking place April 15 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, CA, will be the first of its kind for the spa industry and will focus solely on workforce issues. Attendees will also explore energetic and innovative approaches to solving workforce challenges and will leave with high-impact takeaways they can use to build an engaged workforce.
