Treatments combining hydrotherapy, herbology, and a diet of natural foods, developed in Germany in the mid-1800s by Pastor Sebastian Kneipp. Includes the use of herbal bath oils, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary, meadow blossom, spruce, pine, juniper, chamomile, and hops to comfort body and mind as a component of treatment.

These highly regarded European therapies are particularly popular in Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Kneipp combined the practice of physical exercise with health diet and hydrotherapy to achieve physical and emotional well being.
