Nasya

Utilizing herbal oils, juices and powder, Nasya treatmemt aids, soothes and protects the nasal passages, ears and throat from blockages and disorders.

Neti Pot

A container designed to rinse debris or mucus from the nasal cavity.

Nutrition Counseling

Guiding clients on food choices and nutritional supplements with regards to weight management, anti-aging, vibrant skin, increased energy, hormonal balancing and general well being.

Ohashiatsu

A system of treatment and meditation used to relieve tension and fatigue and induce a state of harmony and peace. The practitioner first assesses a person’s state by feeling the “hara,” the area below one’s navel.
